Berlin was a bit of a shock. 'T was full of tourists gawping at us and at everything else and not engaging with anything at all. So we started calling it Bore-lin. We were bored in Bore-lin.
Anyway back to the blog. Here we were somewhere outside Hamburg, Hamburg was lots of fun, so on our way to Bienenbuettel which was real good fun too. We managed to play a cracking show for the exhibition opening of the Bienenbuetteler Kulturradeln, which would be like a Artstrail by bicycle. There was really good art, all age groups, all types of artists represented. Sadly we didn't think to bring our camera and when we came to photograph the art the next day they just closed for lunch and we had to get going to cross into former east Germany.
Auf die Aneununddreissig scheiss ich!
We're glad to see that there are militant wild boar still around!
We were having lunch and this crazy noise appeared. Then this steamship came tuck tucking past...
Kevin felt like he had been transported back in time to pre World War 1 on Lake Tanganyika...
All remained peaceful, just drunken singing and waving came from the boat...
Things got weirder...
and weirder...
We arrived in Bore-lin for Park(ing) Day...
and we did manage to have some bicycle fun in Bore-lin. The Grosse Kreisfahrt took us 30km in a circle around the city centre...
... there was quite a few people there...
And then the real fun began at the Hellersdorf refugee hostel garden party...
Everybody loved us... we managed to get out alive and seek refuge.....
.... in a bunny tree house, phew!
